Yesterday morning I went to see Andrew Holt at Real Lancashire Black Pudding Co in Haslingden. Using a recipe from 1879 the family firm have become the most feted black pudding company in the UK and have won awards in Europe for their puddings.
Andrew has also developed vegetarian black pudding and sells across the UK to supermarkets, independent butchers, markets and the restaurant and
